A guppy with almost the whole body covered with red color. It has been said It is a breeding achievement that many have worked on and no one person is credited for its success. Due to pressures of demand I released a new guppy to the guppy world. What you are witnessing is a guppy that has broken the color barrier. I have been working on extending the body color coverage on guppies for over 10 years and succeeded. I started with two lines that oiginate from genetic sports found in my fish room. Typically the standard gray or gold guppy lacks caudal color in the stomach area. The breaking of this trait has only occurred in the last 5 years. I have also searched the ends of the earth to find a gene that would add color to the stomach area of the guppy. Without the help of my good friend Oemer Gulmez this would not have been possible. I now have 5 different gene pools that have not originated in my fish room as a result of his work. I want to thank all the individuals who have worked so hard in also creating the FULL RED.
